Evelyn was the daughter of Walter Scott Jeffreys and Myrtle Jeffreys. Myrtle was born Dec. 1891 in TX. When the 1920 census was taken Evelyn had one older brother Walter Scott b. Sept. 8 1909 in Greenfield, OH. Walter passed away Sept. 2, 1971 in Sherman Oaks, CA.
When the 1920 census was taken the Jeffreys household had two roomers living in the household. One of those roomers was Aurora Diaz b. Jan. 22, 1898 in Spain. When the 1940 census was taken Aurora was married to Walter Sr. and had been for several years. Aurora passed away Sept. 27, 1979 in Los Angeles.
Evelyn married Eugene Beday when she was 16 years old and had two children with him. They had Eugene Walter and Lorraine.
