On Friday, August 28, 2020 José "Casper" Griego Jr. passed away in Albuquerque, NM at the age of 50.
Casper enjoyed riding his motorcycle, camping and traveling with his family.
Casper was proceeded in death by his son, Jordan Jacob Griego and his mother, Rosemary Franco.
Casper is survived by his wife, Shawntel Griego, their five children, son, Dominic Griego and granddaughter, Leylah, son, Nicolas Griego and Kendra whom is having a grandbaby due on May 16, 2021, son, Isaiah Griego who is in the United States Air Force, son, Jacob Griego and daughter, Angelise Griego, sisters, Helen Griego and Trisha Griego, two great nephews and several cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and friends.
The Rosary is at Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo Blvd. NE, on Sunday, September 19, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral services at Queen of Heaven Church, 5311 Phoenix Ave. NE, on Monday, September 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., followed by burial services at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd. NE. Pallbearers will be Dominic Griego, Richard Trujillo, Sean Gallegos Jr., Frankie "Tunes" Torrez and Jason Torrez.
