Billie Jo (Mellott) Cameron 66, of Hanover Twp., Lisbon, died at 9:25 AM Friday, September 11, 2020 at her home.
She was born on August 13, 1954, in Salem, the daughter of the late Wilfred Calvert and Catherine Rose (Limpose) Mellott.

Billie Jo and Richard have shared a wonderful life together from a young age. She was a 1972 graduate of West Branch High School and then married on September 2, 1972. They enjoyed life together and shared many interests. She liked to be outdoors planting flowers and soaking in the beauty of nature. If they were not caring for the cattle or other animals on their farm, you might find them out antiquing. Billie was big into her bowling and bingo playing that she enjoyed so much. In their younger years, they were also softball coaches.
She last worked for the Columbiana County Department of Job and Family Services as an Income Maintenance worker for 13 years. Billie had also worked at the local Subway Restaurant.
In addition to her husband of 48 years, Richard E. Cameron, she is survived by a daughter Catherine in Minerva, siblings: Sherri Mellott in Florida, and Harry (Glenda) Mellott of Homeworth, her in-laws who were like siblings to her: Mary Ludt of Homeworth, Janet Huntsman of Alliance, Marjorie “Mag” Burchfield of N. Benton, Donna Cameron of Illinois, Carol (Rob) Schrockengost of Beloit, Nancy Pfaff of Alliance and Debbie (Dave) Scott of Alliance, grandchildren: Morgan, Wyatt and DeAnna Cameron all of Lisbon, and her Aunt Cora Hollabaugh.
Richard and the family are following the specific expressed wishes Billie Jo made. There will be no public visitations or services held.
