Corbett "Griffin" Lee was born on February 17, 2010 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and left us on September 12, 2020. His parents are Eddie and Kathryn Lee. Griffin was an amazing human and we are so proud to have been gifted him as a child. Griffin was really smart, incredibly funny, and was a sensitive child. He loved to steal his brothers' hat just to annoy him (he deserved it) and tease his sister relentlessly (she totally deserved it) Griffin loved his brother Cain and sister Olive very much, and was loved by them in return. A few of his favorite sayings were: "Teenagers are stupid" and "If you're gonna be dumb you better be tough"! Griffin loved turtles, video games, riding his bike, and wearing his mom's super comfy shawl. He had several great friends whom he loved spending time with: Braxton, Jayden, Abel, Johnathan, Mack and his dear Summer.
Griffin is survived by his father and mother, Eddie and Kathryn Lee, brother Cain Ramsey, sister Olive Lee, grandfather Leroy Fine, grandmother Donna (Papa Kenny) Brian, aunts and uncles, Dannielle (Sean) Castillo, Ronald Dean, Joshua (Bonnie) Barr, Starr (Billy) Hawk of Oklahoma, Sharron (Brian) Hunt, Sheila Fine, Joe (Dawn) Fine, Charles aka Uncle Chunk (Faye) Turney, Deborah (Dean) Bell. Christopher and Willow Lucas, as well as lots and lots of cousins.
Other grandparent figures Griffin was blessed to have in his life (and who absolutely loved him) were James and Ann Walters, Jay and Kayla Wyatt.
While we cannot understand why he was taken so soon, we are certain of his legacy. Upon his death Griffin granted life to four complete strangers through organ donation. Knowing that has brought a great sense of comfort and pride to us. We are assured that he still walks among us in a different form.
Shortly after Griffin left us, he sent us his baby sister Willow.
Please consider organ donation as an option in your life planning. You may make inquiries and donations to: https://donatelifewa.org/; or http://www.lifealaska.org/

Griffin's Celebration of life will be Saturday September 19, 2020 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the King Salmon Shelter at Lena Beach.
