Mr. Carl Eric Morgan, 58, of Lancaster passed away Friday, September 11, 2020 at his home. He was born April 8, 1962 in Lancaster, a son of the late Aleck Morgan and Neelie Violet Boone Morgan. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was an avid Gamecock and Cowboy fan. He enjoyed going to the river and spending time with his family and friends.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Morgan will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at the chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with the Rev. Terry Thompson officiating.
Mr. Morgan is survived by a daughter, Samantha Melton and her husband David of Lancaster; a sister, Tammie Lanoue of Lancaster; and three grandchildren, Alec Melton, Drew Melton and Ella Melton.
The family will receive friends at the home of Tammie Lanoue.
