Donna M. Rhodes, 62, of Rotterdam, passed away at Ellis Hospital on Friday, March 12, 2010 surrounded by her loving family.
Born on July 7, 1947 in Schenectady, Donna was the daughter of the late Raymond and Gertrude Miller Marr.
She graduated from Draper High School in 1965 and was employed as an administrative assistant at the General Electric Global Research Center in Niskayuna, where she had worked for 42 years.
Donna is survived by her husband of 40 years, Paul H. Rhodes; her son, David P. Rhodes of Durham, N.C.; and her daughter, Debra J. Berube and her husband Ronald of Schenectady; three grandchildren, Nicholas and Logan Berube of Schenectady and Tyler Rhodes of Sanford, N.C.; her brother, Gary D. Marr and his wife Susan of Schenectady; her niece, Heather M. Righi of Middleburgh; her nephew, Thomas J. Marr of Schenectady; and her stepmother, Henrietta Plominski of Schenectady.
