Jerry Lynn Vaden, age 49 of Gates, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at his home. He is the husband of Lisa Carol Kendrick Vaden and the son of Lynn Monroe Vaden and Pauline Bell Arthur.

Mr. Vaden was known for working hard which led him to start his own successful trucking business and while also farming. He was a member at Curve Baptist Church and a graduate of Halls High School.

Graveside service will be held at 1PM, Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Concord Cemetery with Rev. Larry Kendrick officiating.

Along with his wife and parents, Mr. Vaden is also survived by one son, Justin Vaden of Somerville; two daughters, Madalyn Vaden of Brownsville and Jessie Vaden of Gates; one brother, Jim Vaden of Villa Hills, KY; and his first grandson due to arrive in February 2021.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the American Heart Association or the Concord Cemetery.
