Annie May was the daughter of Owen Edwards and Sarah Schell, both of Maryland. Annie was the devoted wife of the husband who survived her, Harvey Lewis Bahr. She most likely married him in Cumberland because that is where he lived and worked at the time.

A Cumberland Directory shows Harvey living in Mt. Savage by the late 1880's-early 1890's with his family before moving to Baltimore City in 1894. Annie's last known address was 2103 Walbrook, residing in Baltimore City 35 years.

Some of their children born in Mt. Savage were Edward David (see memorial), Bessie, Frederick Harvey (see memorial), Norma V., and possibly Cora Sarah. The others born in Baltimore were Raymond Wilbur (see memorial), Elmer Leo (see memorial) and Earl Leo. Another child, Amanda Ella, was most likely adopted from a Baltimore family surnamed "Wright."

Tragically, Annie died in four days with a fractured skull after falling down cellar stairs.
