Billie Wilson, 92, of Bono, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. Mr. Wilson was born August 9, 1928 in Bald Knob to Lloyd and Hallie (Bridges) Wilson. He worked for Arkansas Glass Container Corp. and was a Mason. Billie proudly served in the US Navy as a Seaman First Class and received a Victory Medal during WWII.

Billie was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Alta Jean "Sissy" (Puckett) Wilson; a grandson, Benjamin Wilson; a great granddaughter, Madison Jean Lenderman; two sisters, Gertie Gallaher and Lucille Kious; and three brothers, Jack, Leroy and Amos Wilson.

Those left behind to cherish the memory of Billie include his three sons, Lester (Jennifer) Wilson, Gaylon Wilson and Wesley Wilson; a daughter, Cindy Greaves; grandchildren, Christy (Larry) Lenderman; Courtney (Brian) French, Justin (Bobbie) Wilson, Rachael (Jeff) Burnett, Tyler (Amber) Wilson, Dillon Wilson and Samantha Wilson; great grandchildren, Wilson French, Jack French, Lacey French, Allyson Lenderman, Jacob Lenderman, Charlee Wilson, Laney Wilson, Maverick Wilson, Kelsie Wilson and Edward Wilson.

Funeral services will be 1 pm Sunday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro with Bro. Richard Akins officiating. Burial will follow at Herman Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 12 pm until time of service.

Tyler Wilson, Dillon Wilson, Justin Wilson, Larry Lenderman, Jeff Burnett and Brian French will serve as pallbearers.

Wilson French, Jack French, Lacey French, Charlee Wilson, Allyson Lenderman, Jacob Lenderman, Laney Wilson, Maverick Wilson, Edward Wilson, Kelsie Wilson, Rachael Burnett, Christy Lenderman and Courtney French will serve as honorary pallbearers.
