Graveside services will be at 2 pm Monday in Greenleaf Cemetery with the Rev. Wayne Shufield officiating and directed by Davis-Morris Funeral Home.
Mr Barrington was born in Big Spring and was a US Army veteran. He lived in Brownwood for several years.
Survivors include his mother Bea Gaines of Brownwood, two brothers, Ronnie Barrington of Granbury and Myrle "Smoky" Barrington of Cleburne, one sister Glenda Russell of Blanket and several niece and nephews.
