He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 23 years: Deborah Guthrie Baker; children: Kimberly Dunn, Ashley Baker, Heather Baker Norris (Brian), and Raymond J. Baker, III (Sarah); 11 grandchildren; sisters: Carol Eustace (Bill) and Joan Mazzell Spradley; as well as numerous relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his loving wife of 12 years: Janice R. Baker; father: Raymond J. Baker, Sr.; and mother: Lillie Sanders Mays.

Ray was first and foremost a Christian, as well as a joke teller, golfer, successful entrepreneur, and a loving family man. His second most-prized title was that of Granddaddy.
