Aubrey Harold "Butch" Keene, age 71, was called home by his Lord on Wednesday, September 9, 2020.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Sharon of 46 years; sons, James Keene and his wife Crystal of Waxahachie and Jonathan Keene of Richmond, Texas; grandsons, Kyler and Carter Keene; mother, Christine Keene of Denison, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his father Bill Ray Keene.

Butch graduated from Denison High School in 1967 and he earned his BA Degree in Accounting from the University of Texas in Austin, followed by his CPA certification.

Butch enjoyed spending time with his friends. He loved sports, traveling with family and friends, playing cards, and going to the movies. He moved to Waxahachie to retire and enjoy his grandsons. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 from 3-5 P.M. at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home in Waxahachie.

A Graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at the Waxahachie City Cemetery at 3 P.M. with Rev. Jared Raebel.
