Cheryl Elwanda Brooks, 72 of Cookeville, Tennessee and formerly of Garden City, Michigan passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020, at her sister's home in Cookeville.
Cheryl was born Thursday, July 22, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan, and she was the daughter of the late Elmer Lewis Davis and Helen Irene (Cummins) Davis.
Cheryl is survived by, Children, Kristy Bobbish, Eric Landau-Brooks, Alicia Brooks Lewthwaite, Cierra Brooks, Matthew Brooks, and Bobbie Brooks; Mother, Helen Davis; Sister, Sherri Webb; A host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
In addition to her father, Cheryl was preceded in death by, Husband, Jay Warren Brooks; 2 Brothers, Gary Noel Davis, and Darrel Lewis Davis.
Cheryl chose cremation, the family followed her wishes, and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
