Carlos Mario Munoz, age 51, passed away on August 30, 2020 in Ontario, California. He was born in Torreon, Coahuila, Mexico to Aurelio and Carmen (Tovar) Munoz. Carlos served inthe United States Marine Corps form 1992-1996 as a Combat Engineer. During his service he earned the Rifle Marksman Badge, the Pistol Marksman Badge, the National Defense Service Medal, 4 Letters Of Appreciation and the Good Conduct Medal. He worked as a Carrier for the United States Postal Service for 20 years. He was involved in the Wounded Warrior Program.

Carlos is survived by his wife Deana Munoz (Crandell), his daughters Anajanette Henson, Isabel Munoz, Angelina Munoz, and Jocelyn Calderon;sons Miguel Munoz and Edenilson Calderon; parents Aurelio and Carmen Munoz; brothers Martin Munoz, Juan Munoz and Keke Munoz; sisters Francis Munoz and Nancy Munoz. He also leaves behind one grandchild.

Family and friends will gather for visitation on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 in Grimes-Akes Family's "Grace Chapel" from 10 am -12 pm. with funeral service to begin at 12 noon. Committal service with military honors will be at Riverside National Cemetery at 2:15 pm.
