Paula Jeanette Miller, 86, passed away on Tuesday; September 8, 2020 at her home in Granbury.

Jeanette was born September 29, 1933 in Turkey (Hall County), TX. to Paul and Louise Todd Meacham. She and Kenneth Miller were married July 2, 1954 in Turkey, Texas.

Jeanette received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Education and retired after 30 years as a teacher in the public school system, teaching 3rd and 5th grade students. She spent most of her career teaching at Vega & Glen Rose.

Jeanette was a member of the First Baptist Church in Vega for (25) years serving as the church pianist and a member of the First Baptist Church in Glen Rose for (32) years. She was also a member of the Women’s Missionary Union (WMU) at FBC Glen Rose.

Jeanette was always up for adventure. She loved to travel & was a natural explorer. She enjoyed reading, shopping, playing the piano, & was known for her sense of fashion.

Her joy was her family. She was a very devoted wife, loving mother and adoring Mimi. She dearly loved spending time with her family & will always be remembered for her generosity and deep abiding faith in God.

She is survived by her husband of (66) years, Kenneth E. Miller;

Daughter, Melody Youngblood and her husband Johnny Youngblood; son, Kelly Miller and his wife Robyn Miller; grandchildren, Todd Youngblood, Ashlynne Youngblood, Kenley Miller, Brylee Miller and Preslie Miller.



Graveside services will be held 11:00am on Friday; September 11, 2020 at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Vega, Texas.
