Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in Llano Cemetery with the Rev. Marty Hamrick of Polk Street United Methodist Church officiating. Entombment will be in Llano Cemetery Garden Mausoleum by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St.
Mr. Blake was born in Mobeetie to Lafayette F. and Daisy Blake Sr. on Aug. 27, 1919. He graduated from the University of Texas in 1943. He worked for Arthur Andersen, Clowe & Cowen Co. and Panhandle Steel Buildings, Inc.
Survivors include his wife, Jan; two sons, Bruce Blake and wife, Linda, of Amarillo and Kim Blake of Garland; three grandchildren, Daisy Sutton of Richardson, Brooke Taylor of Denton and Lauren Blake of Amarillo; and a great-granddaughter, Haviland Sutton of Richardson.
The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
