Wayne passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Select Medical at Covenant - Harrison in Saginaw. Age 77 years. Wayne was born July 24, 1941 in Dexter, Missouri to Walter and Mary Dell Grim. He married Patricia Lambert on March 4, 1961. She preceded him on January 9, 2015. Wayne was a farmer, worked for Aerocraft Boat Co., Browning Boat Co. and Saginaw Steering Gear, Plant 2 for thirty years, retiring in 1998.
Surviving are three daughters, Kim (Ron) Fields, Kori (Jerry) Damic and Lisa (Todd) Root; a son, Wayne Grim and Marcia Stanley; seven grandchildren, Nick, Brittany, Josh, Kyle, Jessica, Ryan and Samantha; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Edward (Marilyn) Grim and Donald (Judy) Grim; several nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held 7:00 p.m. Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Kendall Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Saturday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to the family’s wishes.
