He was born March 15, 1904 in the town of Clinton to Mr. and Mrs. Elijah Adams. He married Lulu Cox, and they farmed on the same farm all of their married lives.
He was a graduate of Westby High School and the UW farm short course. He was a member of the Rockton Masonic Lodge 56 F and AM.
Survivors are his wife, Lulu; one son, William, rural Westby; two grandsons, John and Kenneth Adams; and one granddaughter, Janet. He was preceded in death by one sister, Lenore.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Sugar Grove United Methodist Church, the Rev. Lowell Clement officiating, with burial in the Church cemetery. Vosseteig Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
