Keith was born on August 2, 1928 to Gail Flesher and Lois (Fraze) Flesher in Ridgeville, Indiana. He married Joan (Whitenack) Flesher July 24, 1948 in Ridgeville, Indiana and she preceded him in death on June 17, 2018.
Survivors include two sons, Michael (Emily) Flesher of Potomac, Illinois and Greg Flesher of Savoy, Illinois, well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Keith was preceded in death by parents; his wife, Joan; two brothers, Elvin Flesher and Kenneth Flesher, as well as one granddaughter, Kristen Flesher Lemon.
Keith started his career as a Mechanical Engineer with an aircraft company. He later specialized in springs and was instrumental in a few patents. Keith also worked for a spring company, bedding companies, and wire manufacturing entities. Throughout his career some of the job titles he held were Director of Research and Development, Director of Engineering, Chief Engineer, Factory Manager, and Plant Manager.
Keith enjoyed being with his family, playing golf, basketball and card games, He enjoyed traveling when he and his family were younger, and loved reminiscing about a simpler life.
He was a great father to us and will be greatly missed.
