Mrs. Mary "Kathy" Kathaleen Allen Walter, age 97 passed away on Monday, September 7, 2020 at Rosestone Retirement Community.

Her private family visitation and funeral has been planned with her nephew, David Allen to officiate the service. Family member will serve as pallbearers.

Mary Kathaleen was born August 20, 1923 in Bemis, Tennessee to the late Jessie L. Allen and the late Lucille Rayborn Allen.

She married Raymond Robert Walter on October 4, 1951 and he preceded her in death on February 27, 2008.

She is survived by her sisters, Zelma Gross of Paris and Ruth Zartman of Rochester, Indiana; brothers, Wayne (Jenna) Allen of Paris and Jim (Vivian) Allen of Big Sandy; also numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband Kathy is also preceded in death by sisters, Willie Mae French, Betty Mathis and Wanda Hartley and brothers, Roy and Ray Allen.

Mrs. Walters was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. It was said that she was one of the kindest people ever known.
