She is survived by her husband, Dale Kepley; children, Tena Kepley and Randy Kepley; brothers, Bobby Todd and Tommy Todd; sister, Anita Stoops; and a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, with burial in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 14, 2007, in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Strafford United Methodist.
