Karen L. Allen, 61, of Thomson, IL, died Monday, September 7, 2020, at her home.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Cremation rites will be accorded.

Karen was born October 15, 1958, in Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Du Page County, IL, to Philip and Phyllis (Weigand) Ropinski.
She attended Willowbrook High School in Lombard, IL. Karen married Gregory S. Allen on February 10, 2003, in Cook County, IL. She worked at Walmart as a customer service manager for many years and most recently worked at Metform as a quality inspector.
Survivors include her husband, Greg; two sisters, Linda (Jeff) Kaplan and Kristine (Tony) VanDenack; one brother, Joe (Tammy) Ropinski; one special uncle, Russ Weigand and a special cousin, Laurie Holt and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
