Karen L. Hall, 69, a long time Rush County area resident, passed away September 3, 2020 in Columbus, IN. She was born March 24, 1951 in Indianapolis to William Parker & Bonnie (Bartlett) Perry. Her mother passed away when she was 12 and she was loved & raised by Rosemary (Toney) Perry. Karen was a 1969 graduate of Rushville High School. Karen married Tommy Ray Hall on March 29, 1969 and he preceded her in death on February 10, 2010.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic church in Rushville. Karen worked at the Rushville Elk's Lodge #1307, JustRite & Pavey's store in Milroy.
She will be missed by her daughter, Nicole Hall & companion Dusty Wickliff of Franklin, her brothers, David (Leslee) Newhouse of Indianapolis and Donald Newhouse of IN, her sisters, Margaret Newhouse of Houston, TX and Debra Boland of St. Pete, FL, her grandkids, Trent Parker Hall & Kayla Nicole Noah and a great grandson, Sawyer Lee Beheler. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a son, William T. Hall in 2013.
Services will be held at Noon Saturday, September 12, 2020 in Moster Mortuary, Rushville with Father Mike Keucher presiding. Friends are welcome to visit the family from 10 am until time of service on Saturday. Burial will be in the Hurst Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Our Hospice of South Central IN.
