Robin Lee Ward, 39, of Hampton, died Tuesday, May 23, 1995. A native of Belleville, Ill., she had been a Peninsula resident since 1968 and was a 1973 graduate of Warwick High School. She worked at First American Bank for 15 years and then worked for Tidewater Aluminum Company. She attended Maranatha Baptist Church. Mrs. Ward is survived by her husband, Kenneth I. Ward of Hampton; two daughters, Anna Lee Ward and Carrie Jean Ward of the home; her parents, John and Lila Crockett of Hampton; her father, Richard Mills of Frederick, Md.; and her sister, Deborah Jean Bogema of St. Louis, Mo. A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday in Maranatha Baptist Church, Tabb, by Pastor Dale Coffey and the Rev. Henry Nichols. Interment will follow in Old Brick Church Cemetery, Bacon's Castle, at 1:30 p.m. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. in the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 303 Butler Farm Road, Hampton, Va. 23666.
