Margaret C. Eisenhart, 97, died peacefully at home in North Palm Beach, FL. On June 15,2020. She was the loving wife of Clair E. Eisenhart and they celebrated 76 years of marriage on May 12th. Born in Claysville PA on Dec. 13, 1922, Margaret was the daughter of Louise G. Campsey and Donald M. Campsey. She was preceded in death by her brother David Campsey and sister Mary Campsey. She is survived by her sister Lois Stauffer, Rocky River, OH. Margaret was a graduate of Penn State University. She was a teacher at Manchester High School while Clair served in the navy. They married in 1944. Margie was an active member of The Junior League of York for many years. She was the president of The Women's Association of the York Symphony Orchestra. She was elected to membership in the women's council of the American Symphony Orchestra League. She was among distinguished guests honored at a White House Reception by Lyndon Barnes Johnson. Margie and Clair started their own real estate brokerage, Eisenhart Realty, and ran a successful business together for many years. She enjoyed skiing,camping,entertaining and traveling with family and friends. She had a loving and generous heart and a great love for family. She is survived by her husband Clair Eisenhart, her daughter, Gretchen Cowan, her grandson, Christopher Sellers, her granddaughter,Karen Cervellero and her 5 great grandchildren and was adored by all.
