Obituary:
Arthur Langhorne Bell, 76, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family.
Langhorne was born in Goldsboro on September 16, 1943 to the late Nereus Donald Bell and Bessie Barham Bell. He owned and operated Dillon Bell Implement Company, Inc. in Goldsboro. Langhorne lived a life of dedication to his family and friends, and to his community. He served his community in many ways and loved his time as a board member for the Waynesborough Park. As a true sportsman, Langhorne loved the outdoors whether on the water or in the woods. He loved to spend time fishing with his children and the neighborhood kids. The more the better. Langhorne had been a member of the Rod and Gun Club for many years.
At his request, no formal service will be held.
