Born Thurs, Sept 21, 1950 in Dodson, La, he was preceded in death by his parents, Geneva Meyers Vines and Bush Jackson Vines, Jr.; sister, Margarette Gorham; and brothers, Clifford and Vernon Vines.
Mr. Vines was employed with West Frazier for 45 years and was a member of the Tannehill Hunting Club.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 48 years, Fran Vines; daughter, Nicole Wroten (Jamie); son, Kevin Vines (Kristen); grandchildren, Ryan, Loura, Jay, Leighanna and Katheryn; and great granddaughter, Ella.
A memorial service will be announced by the family at a later time
