Peaches accepted Christ at an early age. She also attended school at Gray High School in Idabel, and worked at Lane Poultry in Broken, Bow for several years. Vera was always considered the life of the party.
Peaches was preceded in death by her parents, sons Jonathan, brother C. W. Moore Jr., and Sister Linda Johnson.
She leaves to cherish her memory her twins Johnny Moore (Ciara) of Ada, OK., and Jennifer Moore of Idabel, son Jeffrey, four sisters: Mable (James) Jackson of Oklahoma City, Evelyn of Idabel, Althe Richard (Cecil) and Cleaster Moore all of Idabel, Ok, two brothers” Fitzgerald Moore and Curtis Moore Dallas, TX., five grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Graveside Services is set for 11 am Saturday September 5th at Oak Grove Cemetery with Rev. Clarence Jackson officiating.
