Survivors include: four daughters, Geneva Brewer, Judy (Bobby) Thomas, Susie (Ennis) King and Millie Pearl Thomas; six sons, Jimmy L. Carwell, James (Freda) Carwell, Bobby Carwell, Roosevelt (Annie) Carwell, Doye Carwell and William (Eyvonne) Carwell; four brothers, Frank Carr, Jimmy Carr, Tommy Carr and Lewis Carr; one sister, Lillie Carr; 55 grandchildren; 78 great-grandchildren; and a host of great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Graveside Service will be held on Monday, August 24, 2020 at 1:30 PM at Essie J. Handy Memorial Cemetery, 402 B Street in LaFayette, Alabama with Rev. Jerone Fannin, officiating and Seroyer Funeral Home, 612 Martin Luther King Drive SE, Lafayette, Alabama directing.
