Mr. James Edward Coker age 81 of Thomaston Ga, died Wednesday September 2, 2020 at Providence Health and Rehab.

Mr. Coker was born on February 25, 1939 in Thomaston Ga, to the late Henry Grady Coker Sr. and the late Jeanette Pierce Coker. He served his country in the U.S. Navy and was employed with Warner Robins Air Force Base where he worked until his retirement. Mr. Coker was a member of Clark's Chapel Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Betty Coker and brother Henry Grady Coker Jr..

Survivors include his daughters Mrs. Tanna (Jack) Phipps of Greensboro Ga, Mrs. Shannon (Steven) Trotter of Hoover Al, brother Mr. Wayne (Cherry) Coker of Thomaston Ga, sisters Mrs. Martha (Robert) McRee of Bozeman Montana, Mrs. Dorothy Collins of Destin Fl, 4 grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held on Friday September 4, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from Crystal Hill Cemetery.
