Jeane Ragsdale Taylor went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 30, 2020. She was joined by her beloved husband, Kermit, four days later.

Jeane was born to "Son" Francis and Sally Jane (Taylor) Ragsdale.

She is survived by her three children, Donna Heath (Billy), Allen Taylor (Tanoa) and Melanie Thompson (Mike); grandchildren - Zack Taylor; Taylor Thompson (Danielle), and Andrew Thompson; Kyle and McKenzie Cooper; 4 great-grandchildren; her sister, Joyce Gambrell, and her precious nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers Marion and Frank Ragsdale.

Jeane retired from the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors, after serving as the Director of Membership for many years. She genuinely loved her job and the many friends that she made through the Association of Realtors. After retirement, Jeane and her husband, Kermit, enjoyed traveling the east coast while he showed her all the beautiful places he had seen while working.

Their most favorite place of all was Edisto Beach.

Jeane especially enjoyed time with family and friends, and the inevitable fun and laughter that those times brought. She loved her dog, Millie, and made sure that she was spoiled properly by all of us. Jeane was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Mauldin, SC.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kindred Hospice.
