It is with great sadness that the family of Wesley Allen Bates, 41, announce his unexpected passing. Wesley was born May 9th, 1979 In Columbus, Ohio. Son of Rickie and Karen Bates.
Wesley is survived by mother Karen Bates, sisters Heather (Bob) Arthur, Ashley Bates, brother Shaun Bates, children Makiah and Trey Russell, Izaiah Bates and mother of children Leslie Scales. Nieces Courtney (Dallas) Arthur, Haylee Branham, nephew Preston (Shawna) Arthur and many more.
Wesley was preceded in death by his father Rickie Allen Bates.
Wesley was very outgoing and a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend. He was a die hard Buckeye fan, he lived life to the fullest.
He will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date with close family and friends!
