Phillip Joseph "Phil" Hawkins was received into eternal peace on August 21, 2020 after a long battle with cancer. He passed peacefully with his wife Mary by his side. He is survived by his wife, Mary (Dirksen) and son, Peter (Angela), and joins his dearly departed son, Andrew in eternal rest. Phillip was the son of the late Victor and Virginia Hawkins, son-in-law of the late Albert and Jane Dirksen, and brother of the late Ronald Hawkins, the late Rita Kruessel (Robert), brother-in-law of the late Kate Moon, Michael Dirksen, Robert Dirksen, John Dirksen (Patty), and Dennis Dirksen (Debbie). A loving husband, father, son, uncle, cousin, and dear friend to many.
