Roberta Allen was born on November 17, 1933 and passed away on August 16, 2015 and is under the care of Memphis Memory Gardens.Roberta Arlene Williams, 81, of Byhalia, MS passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2015. She was preceded in death by both of her first and second husbands, Reverend Alfred Allen and Max Williams, a sister, Florence Van Kleeck and a brother, Vernon Brooks. Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughter, Arla Jean Davidson and her husband Daniel of Byhalia, MS, two grandchildren, Sarah Norris and her husband David of Benton, AR and Andrew Davidson of Byhalia, MS, and a great-granddaughter, Anna Norris of Benton, AR. Mrs. Williams was a devoted and active member at Central Church. She was also part of the Barton Community Club. She retired as a nurse. The family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday, August 18th from 5-7pm at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave. (901)725-0100, Memphis TN. The funeral will be held on Wednesday at 1pm at Central Church, 2005 E. Winchester Blvd. Collierville, TN 38017. Memorial contributions can be made to Central Church.
