Richard Eugene Baugh, 65, of Paris, Illinois, passed away at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2020, in the emergency room of Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospital in Mattoon, Illinois. He was a retired truck driver.

He was born September 7, 1954, in Paris, the son of the late Richard and Louise (Hoopingarner) Baugh. He married Debra Jane Feutz on July 25, 1995, in Paris. She preceded him in death September 8, 2014.

Survivors include two daughters, Lisa Loosey and Cheryl (Clint) Lankster both of Paris; three sisters, Rebecca Fullerton of Paris, Annette Smith of Danville, Illinois, and Kathy Davis of Paris; six grandchildren, Cody Baugh, Lindsey, Destiny, and Sierra Loosey, Madison Cisz, and Cole Lankster; a great-granddaughter, Andrea Loosey; adopted family member Brittany Temples; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Davis, and four sisters, Debbie Meinecke, Madonna Board, Barbara Rose, and Susan Baugh.

Mr. Baugh loved fishing and was an avid NASCAR fan.
