Charles "Chuck" Edward Frank, Jr., age 68, passed away September 1, 2020 at Kings Daughters Hospital in Madison, Indiana. Born October 18, 1951, the son of the late Charles Edward Frank, Sr. and Billie Jean Turpin Frank. Chuck was employed as a Supervisor at Papa Johns for 21 years, and was a 13 year employee of Brown & Williamson. In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded by his brother, Vincent Frank and his sister, Rita Frank.
He is survived by his wife: Karlyn Sioux Frank; one son, Adrian (Faith) Hill and one daughter, Juantress Hill, both of Louisville; 3 step-daughters: Lindsey Turocy, of Carrollton; Candy Dempsey of Worthville; and Katherine Wickersham of Madison, IN; 2 step-sons: Joseph Hehe and Anthony Hehe, both of Worthville; 2 sisters: Darlene Brooks of New Albany, IN and Janice Johnson of Richmond, VA; and a brother: Michael Frank of Louisville. 24 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends are also left to mourn his passing.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 1, at 1:00 pm at Milton Baptist Church, 10076 US 421, Milton, KY. Visitation will be at the Church from 11:00-am to time of service. Memorial Contributions are suggested to the family.
