Obituary of Garfield Percy Kaye
It is with sadness but peace of heart, that the family of Garfield P. Kaye announces his passing at the Drew Nursing Home in Sackville on Thursday, September 17th, 2015. Garfield was 87 years of age.

Born in Woodhurst, N.B. on February 25th, 1928 he was the son of the late Ada May (Card) and Percy Avard Kaye.

Garfield will be lovingly remembered by his children, Kathy (Charles) Bauer, Sheila (Leo Paul) Cormier and Joey (Barbara) Kaye; his step-son, Stephen Anderson; his brothers, Russell (Elinor) Kaye, Robert (Bernice) Kaye and Wallace (Sandra) Kaye; his two sisters, Hazel Wheaton and Ruth Hughes; several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He will also be remembered by his special friend, Joyce Allen.

Besides his parents, Garfield was pre-deceased by his two brothers, Aura Kaye and Arnold Kaye; his brothers-in-law, Frazier Wheaton and Ernest Hughes and by his sisters-in-law, Irene and Mable Kaye.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville (364-8188). In keeping with Garfield’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visiting hours or funeral service. Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service at the Sackville Cemetery on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 2 pm with Rev. Hal Lowther officiating.
