A Native of Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Jessie Pearl Miller Farmer and the stepson of the late Willie Farmer. Mr. Miller was educated in Spartanburg County. He was an honored veteran of the United States Army.

Miller; sisters, Mrs. Betty Jo Moore of Gaffney, SC, Cynthia Miller of Boiling Springs, SC and Angela Farmer of Moore, SC; his brother, Joseph L. Miller, Jr. of Spartanburg, SC; his grandson, Gregory Allen McHam; his granddaughter, Monica Na'Sara McHam, his great granddaughter, Ja'naijiha Genethe Rodgers; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Reginald was predeceased by his sister, Shirley Miller; and his brother, Willie Thomas Miller.
A Celebration of the Life of Reginald Miller will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard Street, Spartanburg, SC. Burial will be held at The M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery, 140 Inway Drive, Anderson, SC.
