OKECHOBEE - Kathleen A. Blair died Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012, at her residence surrounded by friends and family. Born March 15, 1951 in Bellefonte, Pa. and grew up in Bellefonte, the daughter of the late Dean and Phyllis Weaver. She was a graduate of Bellefonte Area High School. Kathleen worked at Raulerson Hospital as the House Keeping Supervisor here in Okeechobee. She was also a member of Oakview Baptist Church and enjoyed latch-hook, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Larry Weaver. On March 31, 2007 she married Michael G. Blair, who survives. She is also survived by her daughter, Amy I. (Keslar) Burns (Thomas Burns, Jr.) of Bellefonte; son, Darin Keslar of Bellefonte; and two step children, Josh (Jennifer) and Justine (Tina); seven brothers, Dean and Jane, John and Bertha, Denny and Doris, Roy and Eva, Thomas and Dolly, David and Norma, and Douglas Weaver; five grandchildren, Chasity and Sierra Burns, Halie Keslar, Brandi (Mike) Spicer and Blake (Christina) and Filicity and Preston Bird; three great grandchildren, Madilynn, Olivia and Evan Spicer; as well as many nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation or services at this time. All arrangements are under the direction and care of Matthew & Paul Buxton of the Buxton-Seawinds Funeral Home Crematory, 3833 SE 18th Terr. Okeechobee, Florida.
