Daniel Ross Becker, 62, of Longview passed away Feb 4 2015 at home.
He was born Oct. 30 1952 in Dunlap, Iowa to Lawrence and Gladys (Brace) Becker The family moved to Washington in 1958.
Daniel was a log truck driver a long-haul truck driver and performed security and maintenance for American Red Cross bingo He was a member of the Harley-Davidson Owners Group (HOG) and rode his Harley whenever the weather permitted He enjoyed his grandchildren working in his shop visiting with family and friends and playing his guitars Daniel was fiercely protective of his family and extremely loyal to friends He was honest reliable and had a dry sense of humor.
He married Vicky Ann (Hayes) Humphrey in Castle Rock Oct 30 2004 She survives him at home Also surviving are two stepchildren Allicia Quick of Kelso and Blake Humphrey of Longview a brother and sister-in-law Dennis and Cheryl Becker of Kelso his parents-in-law Jack and Carol Hayes of Castle Rock his best friends Rod Jepson of Rainier and Chuck Brewer of Kelso and numerous nieces nephews and cousins.
Daniel was preceded in death by his parents and four sisters Corleen Schwingdorf, Joye Samuelson, Darlene Nichols and Linda Samuelson.
At his request no service will be held.
