Barbara Meyer Oliver, 71, died Sept. 8, 2007 in the Barbara Harper Hospice House in Stuart. She was born in Philadelphia and lived in Stuart for six years, coming from Mulberry.
She was a teacher at Lakeland Highlands Junior High School in Lakeland.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Oliver of Stuart; mother, Eleanor Meyer of Stuart; brother, Robert L. Meyer of Tequesta; son, Kirk Oliver of West Palm Beach; and step-son, Steve Oliver of Windemere.
