Mr. Thomas Y. Conley died at his residence in Berry's district, on Friday of last week. The decedent was one of the oldest and most highly respected citizens of the county. He was a long time sufferer from paralysis, which confined him to his bed and curtailed a useful and active life. So long as his health permitted he manifested an untiring interest in the politics and public matters generally of the county. He represented this county in the Maryland House of Delegates one session, and served us well.
