Brandy Ann Stewart, age 41, of Menomonie formerly of Star Prairie passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, August 31, 2020 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN.

Brandy was a talented flute player, voted Miss Congeniality of Star Prairie and a youth leader at Bethany Lutheran Church, under the guidance of Pastor Carla Garbanski. Brandy was a natural caretaker; and worked at Kinnic Long Term Care Center whose residents adored her. She will be remembered as a kind-hearted, loving, care- free and giving person with a great sense of humor. Brandy loved her mom’s cooking and the two spent time binge watching television and during the holidays “A Christmas Story” was always a family tradition. She deeply loved her daughters, Sierra and Cecily, who followed musically in her footsteps by playing the flute and Sierra being a talented vocalist. Brandy and her baby brother, Tristan loved to quote movies, joke and along with Sierra “pick” on Mom/Nana, all in good fun. She cherished her friends even though some were far away. Much of her enjoyment was found in time spent with her fiancé’, John; sharing childhood memories with her cousin Amanda; taking walks with her beloved dog, Lucky.

Brandy is survived by her fiancé John Fowler; mother and best friend Millie (Gary) Augustine; daughters Sierra Davidson and Cecily Fowler; brother Tristan (Caitlin) Kjeseth; cousin Amanda Badgett; former step-dad Dennis Kjeseth; John’s mother Bonnie Fowler; grandma Rita Kjeseth; best friend Virginia Kiesow; many special friends from the years growing up in Star Prairie.
