Our loving Father, husband and best friend, Melvin Ryan passed away at his home in Heber City, on August 25th, 2020.

His presence will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. He had a witty sense of humor and he always had a joke to tell you. He loved the outdoors, nature, hunting, fishing, shooting or just a good walk in the woods. He worked as a miner in Park City, at Stanley Abstract & Title and for Wasatch School District. He married Vera Anderson in 1950 and they were married for 60 years. Together they had 6 children, Peggy Painter, Brad Ryan, Caralee Sollami, Linda Smith, Jenny Coombs and Molly Todd. He was a Scout Master in the Heber 3rd Ward for many years and received the Silver Beaver Award. He has influenced many lives during his time here on earth. After his wife Vera, passed away, he married Rosalee Ivers in 2014. Together they were very happy.
