C.J. was a native of Hammond and resident of Ponchatoula. C.J. was a senior at Ponchatoula high school. He was All Boy from day one, and he had the biggest heart that anyone ever knew; even giving you the shirt off of his back if you needed it. C.J. was a hardworking perfectionist who insisted that everything be done right or not at all and expected the same from others. He always wanted to help everybody, never expecting payment, but did it just for the love of helping. C.J. was an adventuresome daredevil who took risks, but his family knew him as a young man who loved God, whose life was emerging from the wide path to the narrow and that his heart belonged to Jesus.
C.J. is survived by his mother, Dawn Wolf and husband Bryan; father, Chad G. Stewart Sr. and wife Deana; brothers, Ryan Tucker, Cory Tucker, Brayden Stewart; sister, Cheryl Ann Wolf; many aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins. He is also survived by his grandparents, Gerald Milton Sr., Gayle Stewart; step-grandparents, Anthony Vaccaro Jr. and wife Emily, Mike Wolf and wife Shannon, Ricky Miller and wife Sandy, Anna Vaccaro; and great-grandmother, Mary Hester Cogley. C.J. will also be missed by his boss, mentor, and friend, Joe Serigney.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Bernadine Milton; grandfather, Charlie E. Stewart; step-great-grandfather, Edward Peltier; and great-grandfather, George Milton.
