Frances Ann Gray Carr, age 77, of Cadiz, went to meet the Lord on Friday, April 24, 2020, departing from Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville. Born July 4, 1942, in Trigg County, she was the daughter of the late Hershel and Beulah (Lancaster) Gray. Ann was a 1960 graduate of Trigg County High School and married Earl Carr on July 14, 1963. She was a lifetime resident of Trigg County and worked with her husband Earl in their farming and service station businesses for many years. She enjoyed cooking, reading, flower gardening, and spending time with her family, most especially her grandchildren, who adored her as Mammee. Ann was a woman of faith and an active member of Bethesda United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Earl Carr of Cadiz; two sons, Mike (Dietta) Carr of Medina, Ohio, and Mark Carr of Cadiz; and three grandchildren, Stephen Carr, Casey Carr (fiance' Tim Niemann), and Jack Carr.

Funeral services, with Rev. David Turner officiating, will be private, with burial to follow in East End Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, Inc., 138 Main Street in Cadiz.

Memorials may be made to Cadiz Gideon Camp, P.O. Box 65, Cadiz, Kentucky 42211, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
