Funeral Services for Mr. Ray Anthony Stephens, 49, of Dublin, will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at 3:00 PM at the C.D. Dudley Memorial Chapel, Dublin. Reverend Abraham Crockett will officiate.

Mr. Stephens was born in Syracuse, New York to the late Inez Parker and John William Stephens. He moved to Laurens County in 1976 where he later became a graduate of West Laurens High School.

He was preceded in death by his loving foster parents, the late James and Gladys Ashley Willis. He departed this life on November 5, 2014.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, a daughter, Ciera Willis of Dublin; sisters, Bridgette (Nathaniel) Charleston, Mary (Alfonza) Atkins, and Patricia Stephens; brothers, John Stephens and James Willis all of Dublin; a longtime loving companion, Ann Willis of Dublin; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Mr. Stephens will be placed in the church one hour prior to services. The family will receive friends at the home of his sister and brother-in-law, Bridgette (Nathaniel) Charleston, 424 Eastwood Drive, Dublin.
