He was born in Logan County, Kentucky on June 19, 1938 to the late William Pleasant and Gertrude (Massey) Anderson. Clyde worked in Construction and Concrete and is a United States Marine Veteran. He is preceded in death by his wife Sue Carolyn (Utley) Anderson, a son Terry Anderson and two sisters Christine McKinney and Betty Chriswell and is survived by his:
Son Tommy Anderson of Russellville, Step Daughter Gail Harris of Lewisburg, three sisters Sarah Dillihay of Franklin, Jamie Gupton of Whiteville, Tennessee and Sallie Dickey of Castalian Springs, Tennessee, 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
