Jason E. Black, 34, of Connellsville died Monday, Sept. 10, 2007. He was born March 9, 1973, in Connellsville, a son of Donald Black and the late Donna Jean (Stewart) Black. Jason was employed as a lightening technician for Sylvania Corp. Also, he was a former owner of Black's Fitness Center in Connellsville and was a member of the Slovak Club, Mt. Pleasant. He was Protestant by faith and was a very devoted dad. In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughter, Kaylee Dawn Black, at home; a sister, Bobbi Snyder Robinson and husband John of Vanderbilt; three brothers, Donald K. Black and wife Ronna of Connellsville, Ronald W. Black of West Newton and Korey Black of Connellsville; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME INC., 418 N. Pittsburgh St., Connellsville, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 until 10 a.m. Thursday, the hour of the funeral service with Pastor Tim Irwin officiating. Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville.
