Services for Elizabeth "Liz" Joseph, 93, Logansport, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Kroeger Funeral Home.
She died at 8:20 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, in Miller's Merry Manor.
Born May 7, 1914, in Winamac, she was the daughter of Wood and Cleona Michael Lane. She was married Sept. 13, 1930, in Winamac, to Harry Ness, who preceded in death June 15, 1962. On Nov. 27, 1963, she was married in Logansport to Floyd Joseph, who preceded in death Aug. 15, 1995.
Liz had owned Ness Rental, retiring in 1975.
She had been a member of Tippecanoe Christian Church in Pulaski County.
She enjoyed reading and her many trips to Florida. She enjoyed her family, especially her great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Surviving are one son, Donald F. Ness and his wife, Carolyn, Fort Myers, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Nancy Maughmer and her husband, Tom, Royal Center; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
One son, Roger L. Ness, two brothers, Floyd Lane and Jack Lane, and four sisters, Imogene Freeman, Arlene Lane, Agatha Shem and Cletha Kestle, preceded in death.
The Rev. Doug Mankell will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
